TEA TASTING : Teach the trainees about the correct methods of evaluation of tea by organoleptic evaluation.
TEA BLENDING : Pre-processing and post-harvesting blending techniques. Objectives of blending, Knowledge about the usage of various latest equipment for guidance on blending techniques.
MARKETING OF TEA : Latest marketing strategies for sales promotion.
PREPARATION METHODS FOR SPECIALITY TEAS: Methods to evolve various kinds of speciality teas viz Chamomile Tea, Hibiscus Tea, Marigold Tea, Rose Tea, Strawberry Tea, Mint Tea etc.
START UPS : Advise will be given on how to start a tea business including all legal and statutory requirements.
AVAILABILITY OF ALL KINDS OF TEA : The trainees will be given guidance on buying teas and pricing process.
